摘要
教师资格的国考体现了实践性的价值取向、综合性的能力要求、细化的能力评价,对师范生能力有了更高的要求,同时在笔试科目及面试部分中也都加大了实践能力考查的比例。而目前,师范生实践能力培养还存在师范生缺少积极性与主动性;技能训练缺少专门的指导;教育实习成效性差等问题,对此,提出应创设实践情境,丰富实践体验;加强技能训练,强化"三级指导";改革课程设置,改变实习方式的对策。
The State Teacher Certification Examination reflects the practical value orientation,comprehensive capacity requirements,and refined ability evaluation,while the proportion of comprehensive ability testing is increased in both written test and interview,so it has higher requirements for normal university students.There remain some problems in the cultivation of normal university students' practical ability,such as students' lack of enthusiasm and initiative,lack of specialized guidance on skills training,and poor effectiveness of education practice.In view of this situation,this paper proposes some countermeasures,such as creating practice situations and enriching practical experience,enhancing skills training and "three-grade guidance",reforming course setting and changing ways of practice.
