工程化(CDIO)视角下的独立学院应用型法学专业人才培养模式探究——以南京理工大学紫金学院为例

Exploration on the Model for Cultivating Applied Jurisprudence Talents in Independent Colleges from the Perspective of CDIO:A Case Study on Zijin College,Nanjing University of Science and Technology

本文以"工程化"教育为视角,通过对独立学院法学专业人才培养现状的分析和市场对专业人才需求的调研,重新梳理法学人才培养目标和人才培养方案;通过将CDIO模式应用在独立学院法学专业人才培养模式的改革中,提供一个很好的框架和理念,根据专业发展的特点、根据独立学院自身的特色、根据学生的不同情况,在理论和实践两个方面深入探索,构建富有特色的法学专业教育人才培养的新模式。

From the perspective of CDIO education,this paper analyzes the status quo of jurisprudence talent cultivation in independent colleges and investigates the market demand for professional talents,and also re-summarizes the talent cultivation objectives and plans for jurisprudence major.The introduction of CDIO model to the reform of model for cultivating jurisprudence talents in independent colleges provides an effective framework of theory.In accordance with the characteristics of professional development,the characteristics of independent colleges,as well as students＇ different situations,this paper makes an in-depth exploration on both theory and practice,in order to construct a featured new model for cultivating jurisprudence talents.
