摘要
近年来尽管创新性实验教学的大力开展取得了一定的教学效果,但是在教学方式上依然还需要不断的探索和实践。为了更好地激发学生的主观能动性和创新性思维,以"创意鱼豆腐的制备及品质评价"创新性实验教学课程为例,本文探索了将启发式教学方法运用于食品专业的创新性实验教学。
Although the developing of innovative experiments obtained some teaching effects,the exploring and practicing are still needed.In order to motive the students' subjective initiative and innovative thinking,this paper explored the application of heuristic method in the teaching of innovative experiments in food science by taking "preparation and quality evaluation of innovative fish tofu" as an example.
