摘要
医学真菌学是医学微生物学的重要组成部分,临床真菌感染的日益严重导致真菌学教学方法亟需改善。本文通过比较国内外医学真菌学的教学内容与方法,应用案例教学法于我校全日制临床医学本科的真菌学教学,发现有助于学生直观地了解真菌学的基础知识和进行理论联系实际的学习。案例教学法在真菌学教学的应用,初步显示其有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生进行课后复习和进一步学习,有益于真菌学教学质量和效果的提高。
Medical mycology is an important part of medical microbiology,and more and more cases with fungal infections clinically make it imperative to improve the teaching methods of mycology.In this paper,we compared the teaching contents and methods of medical mycology that are commonly used at home and abroad,and applied case-based teaching method to the mycology teaching for full-time clinical medical undergraduates in our university,thereby finding that case-based teaching is a very useful method helpful for students' visual understanding of the basic knowledge of mycology and their practical learning based on theories.The application of case-based teaching in the teaching of mycology has preliminarily shown that it can stimulate students' interest in learning,and guide them to review after class and further study,so it can improve the teaching quality and effect of mycology.
