摘要 目的:探讨不同肠内营养方式对急性脑梗死患者营养状况及预后的影响。方法:将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用鼻胃管营养方式,观察组采用鼻肠管营养方式,14 d后观察两组营养指标、并发症和临床效果。结果:治疗后两组营养指标血清总蛋白、人血白蛋白、上臂围、肱三头肌皮褶厚度、并发症发生率及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻肠管肠内营养方式可有效改善患者营养指标,减轻肠道功能失调症状和肠内营养并发症发生率,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition in different methods on the nutritional status and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group( 60 cases in each group). The nasogastric nutrition method was used in the control group and the nasointestinal tube nutrition method was adopted in the observation group. The nutritional indexes,complications and clinical effect in the two groups were observed after 14 days. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of nutritional indexes,incidence of complications and the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Implementation of nasointestinal tube nutrition method can effectively improve the patients' nutritional indexes,relieve disorder symptoms of intestinal function,reduce incidence of complications and improve the clinical efficacy of treatment.
