专职化分层护理干预在急诊科心血管危重病抢救中的应用

Application of full- time stratified nursing intervention in emergency treatment of critically ill patients in the emergency department

目的:专职化分层护理干预在急诊科心血管危重病抢救中的应用效果。方法:将200例急诊心血管危重患者随机分为专职组与传统组各100例,传统组采用传统急诊护理流程,专职组采用专职化分层护理干预;比较两组的工作人员与急救设备、患者的抢救成功率、抢救时间、心肺复苏时间、气管插管时间、预后良好率、重残率、病死率及患者满意率。结果:专职组抢救成功率明显高于传统组(P<0.05),抢救时间、心肺复苏时间、气管插管时间明显低于传统组(P<0.05),预后良好率显著高于传统组,其重残率和病死率显著低于传统组(P<0.05);专职组患者满意率明显高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:专职化分层护理小组对急诊抢救室护理工作有一定促进作用,能有效提高急诊科护士核心能力,确保急救护理服务质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of full- time stratified nursing intervention in emergency treatment of critically ill patients in the emergency department. Methods： 200 critically ill patients with cardiovascular diseases were randomly divided into the full- time group and the conventional group（ 100 cases in each group）. The conventional emergency nursing process was used in the conventional group;the full- time stratified nursing intervention was implemented in the full- time group; the rescue success rate,rescue time,cardiopulmonary resuscitation（ CPR） time,tracheal intubation time,the good prognosis rate,disability rate,mortality rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The rescue success rate was significantly higher in the full- time group than the conventional group（ P〈 0. 05）; rescue time,cardiopulmonary resuscitation time,intubation time was significantly shorter than the conventional group（ P〈 0. 05）; the good prognosis rate was significantly higher than the conventional group,and the disability rate and the mortality rate was significantly lower than the conventional group（ P〈 0. 05）; the patient＇ s satisfaction rate was significantly higher than the conventional group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The full- time stratified nursing intervention can effectively improve the core competence of nurses in the emergency department and it can ensure the quality of nursing service in the emergency treatment.
