含高渗透率光伏电源的配电网线路电流差动保护方案 被引量:10

摘要 在分析光伏电源故障特性的基础上,讨论大量光伏电源接入配电网后对传统电流差动保护的影响。提出适用于含高渗透率光伏电源配电网的电流差动保护新方案,该方案仅需增加单通道通信装置使线路两相邻区段的保护构成主从结构电流差动单元,并提出与之相适应的故障信号同步方法,差动保护的主机配置在近主电源侧,由其控制是否向两端发出跳闸信号。该方案简单、可靠、速动性良好且较经济,具有较好的实用价值。 Distribution network with high penetration of PV greatly changes the fault current profile, which brings great challenges to current protection of distribution feeders. Firstly, based on the fault characteristic of PV, the impact of which high penetration of PV brings to traditional current differential protection is analyzed in this paper. Then a new current differential protection scheme adapted to distribution network with high penetration of PV was proposed. Only single channel communication devices were needed to make two adjacent protections compose one master-slave current differential protection unit, and the fault signal synchronization method based on master-slave communication was improved. The master protection of current differential protection unit locates close to the main source, and it determines to transmit trip signal to both local side and remote side. This scheme is simple, reliable and economical, and it has a better practical value.
