摘要
随着新一轮深化医疗体制改革的深化,聘用人员是医院的人事编制不足的有效补充,如何对聘用人员规范的管理,怎样有效的发挥聘用人员的作用,是医院管理面临的一大难题。本文就聘用人员在公立医院管理中出现的一些问题,作简短分析,提出相应对策,以改善聘用人员目前现状。
With the deepening of a new round of deepening the reform of medical system, hire personnel is an effective supplement to the hospital personnel understaffed, how to employ the standard management, how to effectively play to the role of the hired personnel, is the hospital management facing a big problem. In this paper, the employ some of the problems in the management of public hospitals, a brief analysis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve the hiring status at present.
