居民生活用水舒适度调查研究

Investigation on the comfort degree of residents water supply service

用水舒适度是用水者在完成一项用水活动过程中,从生理和心理两方面对用水器具出流特性(如水压、流量、水温等)的满意程度。用水舒适度不仅关乎使用者的用水感受,而且与有效节水密不可分。主要针对洗手和淋浴的用水舒适度进行调查和分析,调查结果表明居民对洗手、淋浴用水活动具有舒适度需求,环境温度、水温、水压、流量、器具性能等对用水舒适度具有影响。

The comfort degree of water supply service means that in the process of completing a water use activity, water users＇ physiological and psychological satisfaction on instruments. The comfort degree of water supply service will not only come from the water users feeling, but also from the effectiveness of water-saving. The questionnaires were used to investigate the comfort degree of hand washing and shower. The study showed that the residents had demand for comfort degree of hand washing and shower. Ambient temperature, water temperature, water pressure, flow rate, appliance performance and so on would have an effect on the water comfort degree.
