肾脏肌醇加氧酶在糖尿病肾病小管损伤中的作用与机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是一种与代谢异常密切相关的疾病。肌醇(MI)是维生素B族中的一种亲脂性维生素,其主要功能包括维持细胞生长和存活,调节神经细胞发育与骨细胞代谢,降低胰岛素抵抗,增加高密度胆固醇,降低低密度胆固醇及三酰甘油水平,维持线粒体形态与功能,改变钠钾泵活性,清除活性氧等。
