全球价值链视角下我国产业集群转型升级影响因素研究

Study on influencing factors of Transformation of industrial clusters under the Global Value Chain Upgrading

分析产业集群转型升级应当从全球价值链角度开展,这是当前相关研究的前沿问题。由于国内外各项制约因素的存在,中国实现产业集群转型升级以提升在全球价值链中地位困难重重。在分析世界与中国产业集群的现状的基础上,构建计量经济模型,实证检验了全球价值链视角下产业集群转型升级的影响因素,结论认为:人力资本供给质量、服务化水平、价值链治理强度、政策支持力度对转型升级具有显著正向影响,但FDI强度却抑制了转型升级。

Analysis of Industrial Cluster Upgrading should be undertaken from the perspective of the global value chain,which is the current cutting-edge issues in related research.Because of the constraints of domestic and foreign,it is difficult to achieve the transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters to enhance the difficult position in the global value chain.in this paper,we Constructing econometric models based on the analysis of current situation in the world and the Chinese industrial clusters,empirical testing factors which influencing Industrial Cluster Upgrading in Global Value Chains,concluded that：human capital supply quality,service level,value chain management strength and policy support has a significant positive impact on the transformation and upgrading,but the intensity of FDI has inhibited the transformation and upgrading.
