创新联盟互动机制、知识整合能力与创新绩效

Research on the Relationship between Innovation Alliance,Knowledge Integration Capacity and Innovation Performance

运用多元层次回归分析方法解析了创新联盟互动机制对创新绩效的作用机理问题。研究结果发现,知识整合能力在创新联盟互动机制与创新绩效关系间起着中介作用,而知识吸收能力则调节着创新联盟互动机制与知识整合能力之间的关系。最后指出了本研究存在的不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。

This paper analyzed the mechanism problem of the interaction mechanism of the innovation alliance effects on the innovation performance using hierarchical regression analysis method.Results show that,knowledge integration capacity plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the interaction mechanism of the Innovation Alliance and innovation performance,and knowledge absorptive capacity plays a moderating role between the innovation alliance interaction mechanism and knowledge integration capacity.Lastly,pointed out the research deficiency of this paper,and prospected the future research directions.
