摘要
本文阐述了在浪涌测试中对受试设备工作状态进行自动监测的必要性,对监测系统进行了需求分析,提出了一种用于监测单相16 A受试设备工作状态的系统框图,利用虚拟仪器技术和图像识别技术,对系统进行了实现,并进行了系统验证。该系统可以减小电源线浪涌测试对测试人员的依赖程度,降低人力成本的投入,增强了浪涌测试的严谨性和可溯源性。
This paper describes the necessity of automatic monitoring for the working condition of equipment under test in the surge test. And it analyzes the requirements of the monitoring system, and presents a system block diagram for monitoring the working states of the equipment under test for single phase 16A. The system is realized by using virtual instrument and image identification technology, and it completes the system validation. This system can reduce the dependence of the power line surge test to the test personnel, reduce the human cost of investment, and enhance the rigor and traceability of surge test.
