一种洗碗机搁架调节机构的设计

One Kind of Basket Lifting Mechanism Design in Dishwasher

搁架是洗碗机内用于摆放餐具以使餐具能够被清洗的器具。当搁架摆放较大的餐具时,洗碗机搁架应能通过高度调节来摆放餐具。最初的搁架高度调节是通过把上搁架全部从内胆里拉出,然后把搁架另一档重新装入到滑道内来实现的。此设计虽然可以实现上搁架高度调节,但是需要把整个搁架从内胆拉出,尤其当上搁架装满餐具时非常费力。本文设计的搁架高度调节机构不需要把上搁架从滑道上拉出,在滑道上即可实现高度调节,操作方便且结构简单,满足了特殊餐具的摆放同时减轻了劳动强度。

The basket is used to arrange the dishes that keep them to be washed clearly in dishwasher. When some bigger dishes are arranged on the basket, the basket should be adjustable to array the bigger dishes. The early basket adjusting mechanism is realized through the basket pulling out completely from the rail, then assembling the basket into another gear. This design can realize the adjustment of the basket height, but it is very strenuous especially when the basket is fully loaded with dishes. This lifting mechanism in this paper can realize the basket height adjustment and doesn＇ t need pulling out the basket completely from the rail. And this lifting mechanism is very simple and easy to operate. It realizes the bigger or special dishes arranged in the basket and facilitates the work intensity.
