建设工程质量监督体制改革的研究

建设工程产品的关键性问题是工程质量方面的问题,而工程质量的安全保证取决于工程质量监督的手段和检查力度,工程质量监督体制及有效性对工程质量起着十分关键性的作用。建筑工程的良好质量关系到人民生命和财产的安全,也关系到社会主义现代化事业的发展,工程质量监督机制的研究意义重大。本文首先从我国建设工程质量监督体制历史的沿革说起,首先介绍了我国建设工程质量监督方式,随着我国经济体制经历了两个阶段的转变,即从计划经济体制阶段转变为社会主义市场经济的阶段;其次举出了我国建设工程质量监督体制的现状并指出现了存在的问题,最后根据存在的问题提出有效的解决方法。

Construction project is the key problem is the problem of the quality of the projects,and project quality safety assurance depending on the means of Engineering Quality Supervision and inspection efforts,the project quality supervision system and the effectiveness of engineering quality plays a very important role. The good quality of construction project is related to the safety of people's life and property,and it is also related to the development of socialist modernization,and the research of engineering quality supervision mechanism is of great significance. From the evolution of China's Construction Engineering Quality Supervision System in history the first start. Firstly,the paper introduces the construction in our country the quality of supervision,as China's economy has experienced two stages of change,namely from planned economy system phase transition for the order of the socialist market economy; secondly cited the status duo of China's construction engineering quality supervision system and points out existing problems,and finally put forward some effective solutions according to the problems.
