介绍了190t/h干熄焦装置半负荷生产的实际状况,对二次除尘运行参数、干熄炉入口温度等主要参数进行了跟踪和优化,为特殊情况下的干熄焦半负荷生产组织提供支持和帮助。

The actual situation of a 190t/h CDQ system working at half load is presented in this paper. Main parameters such as operation parameters of the secondary de-duster and temperature at the inlet of CDQ chamber have been tracked and optimized in a bid to provide support and help for half-load operation of CDQ under special conditions in the future.
