The article analyzes the present situation and deficiencies existing in the steam system of the complex. It also proposes a solution that high-quality heat energy is firstly put into use for high- efficiency steam power orientation as well as the philosophies of steam regional recovery, regional utilization and echelon utilization, etc. so as to build up a demonstration for improving steam recovery efficiency.
