摘要
平整度是沥青路面竣工验收与养护评定的重要指标。结合一级公路沥青路面改善工程,重点分析了拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压过程中施工工艺对沥青路面平整度的影响;针对试验段平整度不足的现象及成因,提出了合理的温度控制范围、摊铺速率、夯锤夯击频率、熨平板振动频率及碾压工艺。全路段检测结果表明,严格控制施工工艺能够有效保证沥青路面平整度。
The smoothness is an important indicator in the completion and acceptance of asphalt pavement,as well as maintenance assessment. Combined with an asphalt pavement improvement projects,the paper focused on the influence of mixing,transportation,paving,compaction during the construction process on the asphalt pavement smoothness. The reasonable temperature controlling range,paving speed,tamping rammer frequency,screed vibration frequency and rolling technology were proposed for the shortage and reasons of test section smoothness.And the test result showed that strictly controlling the construction technology is able to insure the smoothness of asphalt pavement.
