校局合作育人是公安队伍建设的基础性工作,也是提升公安队伍战斗力的重要环节。加强和改进校局合作育人模式,创新公安院校人才培养机制是贯彻落实中共中央关于全面深化公安改革、推进公安队伍正规化建设的客观要求。分析校局合作办学机制内涵,国内外同类院校开展校局合作办学现状,以及深化校局合作办学机制的重要意义,回顾武警学院校局合作办学机制发展历程,对进一步推进校局合作办学机制建设的举措进行探讨。

Academy - department cooperative education is the basis of public security force construction, as well as the key link for increasing fighting capacity. Enhancing and improving education mode of academy - department co- operation, and innovating talent cultivation mechanism is the implementation of objective requirements of the central Committee of the CPC on comprehensive deepening public security reform in an all -round way and promoting the standardization construction of public security forces. This paper explains the connotation of academy - department cooperation and the status among similar academies at home and abroad, as well as the importance, reviewing the process of academy - department cooperation, and specifying the direction of innovation, which would provide a sig- nificant theoretical support for close coordination among the academy, department and forces.
