摘要
通过对油膜轴承水封结构进行三维建模,利用有限元分析软件对其性能进行分析,得到了水封结构在实际使用中的变形图,同时通过有限元分析的后处理模块,提取了水封结构的总位移和径向位移、水封结构的最大等效应力和接触区域的最大接触应力,验证了产品设计的合理性,对产品的性能做出了精确的评估。
Through the water seal structure of the oil film bearing 3D modeling, finite element analysis software to analyze its performance, the deformation figure in the actual use of the water seal structure, at the same time through the post-processing module of the finite element analysis, to extract the total displacement and radial displacement of the waler seal structure, the maximum equivalent stress of the water seal structure and the contact area of the maximum contact stress, verify the rationality of product design, made a precise assessment of the performance of the product.
