摘要
基于当前矿井空气压缩设备使用现状,着重介绍MLGF系列螺杆式移动空气压缩机的结构、压缩原理、系统流程及性能特点,提出了MLGF螺杆式移动空气压缩机的智能监控系统,设计与研究了智能监控系统的系统架构以及各个功能子系统。该系统的研发大大提高了掘进和锚喷支护的效率,保证了井下MLGF螺杆式移动空气压缩机的设备运行管理的可靠性,又释放井下空气压缩机的管理人力资源。
Based on the current status of mine air compressor equipment use, emphatically introduces the structure moving MLGF series screw air compressor, compression principle, system process and performance characteristics; Proposed move MLGF screw air compressor intelligent monitoring system, the design and research on the intelligent monitoring system architeeture of the system and each functional subsystem.Greatly improve the efficiency of the excavation and support by rock-boh and shot-crete, ensure down-hole MLGF screw mobile air compressor equipment reliability of operation and management, and release for the management of human resources of underground air compressor
