起重机轮轨接触疲劳特性分析

摘要 通过安定图对轮轨接触的疲劳损伤机理作了深入分析,并根据疲劳破坏生成的原因,从优化轮轨廓形、提高轮轨强度、改善轮轨工作条件等方面分析了减缓接触疲劳破坏产生的方法。 Through analysis of stability and figure the fatigue damage mechanism of wheeltrack, and based on the cause of fatigue damage generated, from optimization of wheel/rail profile, improvement of the strength of wheel andworking conditions etc., this paper analyzes the ways to slow the progress of the contact fatigue damage produced.
