摘要
以某公司的4 500 t/d熟料水泥生产线窑尾钢烟囱制作与安装工程为需求,根据现场施工环境制约等特点,提出了采用电动环链组合经机电一体化控制来进行安装的一种新思路,进行了详细的结构力学分析计算和方案的设计制定。该方案具有安全可靠、经济性好、施工周期短的特点,实际施工效果良好,同时期望该方案可为相似案例提供可借鉴的依据。
Taking an example of 4 500 t/d clinker cement preheater steel chimney manufacture and installation for the demand of production line, according to the characteristics of site construction environment, put forward the use of electric chain combination by mechatronics control to install a new train of thought, carried on the detailed structural mechanics analysis and calculation, the scheme design, this scheme has the safe, reliable, economical, the characteristics of short construction period, and the actual construction, the effect is good, also expect the scheme can provide lessons for similar cases.
