摘要
需求的多样性、定制化的产品、低的利润率使服装企业面临前所未有的巨大竞争压力,这就要求服装企业必须做出变革。文中首先对服装生产企业面临的社会环境进行分析,其次对生产商供应链的上下游企业和其他制造业供应链管理进行对比,发现其存在的问题,最后从供应链管理的视角,服装企业应如何持续有效的进行管理,提出一系列的建议和对策,以期在竞争日趋激烈的今天实现"横向一体化",与其他企业合作实现共赢,降低物流成本,提高企业竞争力。
Clothing enterprises are facing tremendous pressure of competition of the hitherto unknown,customized diversity, demand for products,low profit margins,which require enterprises to deal with these situations change.First,The paper analyze the social environment of clothing production enterprise.Second,Through the upstream and downstream enterprises of manufacturers supply chain,supply chain management of other manufacturing enterprise are compared,puts forward the problems of enterprises in supply chain management.In the end,A series of suggestions and countermeasures that how to sustained and effective supply chain management are put forward.In the increasingly fierce competition today the realization of“horizontal integration”,in cooperation with other enterprises and win-win,reduce logistics costs,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
