摘要
对相关国内外文献进行梳理和分析,理清了领先顾客在线参与的概念与维度划分,从知识视角、动机视角和绩效视角归纳总结了领先顾客在线参与新产品开发的研究,并在此基础上提出了未来的研究方向。
By combing and analyzing domestic and foreign literature,this paper firstly clarified the concept and dimensions of the online leading customer participation.Secondly,the paper summarized the researches of online leading customer participation in new product development from the perspective of knowledge,motivation and performance.Lastly,the paper proposed the future research directions.
