摘要
考虑原始设备制造商(OEM)和其竞争性外包商(CCM)在生产外包中市场预测信息分享策略的不同,并分析不同策略对外包比例和外包价格的影响。研究结果表明:无论在何种情况下OEM都会将其全部产品外包给CCM生产,且批发价格均相同;信息预测准确度较高的一方不愿意与对方进行信息分享且不存在双方共享信息的情况。特别地,OEM相对较高的信息预测准确度会使得CCM趋向于追求与OEM合作的部分利润并愿意与之分享信息。
Consider the different decision of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)and competitive contract manufacturer(CCM)about market forecasting information sharing in Co-opetition,we study the effects of different decisions on outsourcing proportions and outsourcing prices.Results show that the OEM will outsourced all of its products to CCM product and the wholesale prices are the same in either case.The player with high prediction accuracy of information is unwilling to share information with others,and it is impossible that OEM and CCM share their information with each other.Particularly,the high information prediction accuracy of OEM will make the CCM tend to seek the profits from the cooperation and are willing to share information with OEM.
