摘要
对顾客在超市中的排队等待时间长的问题进行调研,建立超市收银系统的排队模型。利用收集数据,借助Microsoft Excel电子表格等方法,将数学模型与排队论相结合进行分析,提出引用自助收银系统,加强收银员专业培训,合理布置收银台的数量等优化方案。
queuing time long questions of customers in the supermarket in the research,supermarket cashier system queuing model is set up.Used to collect data,using methods such as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets,combining mathematical model and the queuing theory analysis,put forward reference self-service checkout system,strengthen the cashier professional training, reasonable arrangement of the counter number optimization solution.
