商科类大学生创新创业能力的结构维度及培养路径研究

Study on the Structure Dimension and Cultivation Path of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Commercial College Students

在就业形势不容乐观、竞争日益激烈的当今社会,培养和提升大学生创新创业能力显得尤为重要。文中通过对商科类大学生创新创业能力的结构维度分析,从提升大学生创新创业意向、建立实践教学体系、课程建设以及培育大学生创新创业教育生态系统四个方面提出了培养商科类大学生创新创业能力的对策与措施。

In today’s society,the employment situation is not optimistic.With the competition is more and more intense,it is very important to cultivate and improve the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.From four aspects：the promotion of College Students’innovation and entrepreneurial intention,the establishment of practice teaching system,the formation of teacher’s team and the education ecological system,this paper proposed the countermeasures and measures of developing the college students of business innovation and entrepreneurship through the analysis of the structural dimensions of college students of business innovation and entrepreneurship.
