不同复合因素诱导对气虚血瘀模型建立的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对不同复合因素诱导的气虚血瘀模型进行研究,探讨模型建立的要点。方法:采用复合因素诱导方法造模,其中限食加强迫游泳为第1种复合因素造模方法,限食、强迫游泳加皮下注射肾上腺素为第2种复合因素造模方法,考察2种造模方法对不同性别大鼠体征及微观指标影响的差别。结果:与正常组比较,2种造模方法均使大鼠体质量减轻,耐疲劳时间减少,免疫功能降低,全血黏度增加,内皮功能紊乱。与第1种方法比较,第2种方法造模后大鼠耐疲劳时间、体质量及胸腺指数下降更为明显。与雌性大鼠比较,雄性大鼠耐疲劳时间长,胸腺及脾脏指数偏小,IL-4、IFN及VEGF水平偏低。结论:2种造模方法都可成功形成气虚血瘀证,皮下注射肾上腺素后雄性大鼠对其反应更为敏感。建议在采用该方法造模时雌雄分开,或使用单一性别,此外在本实验中发现不同性别SD大鼠具有免疫差异,且血清VEGF水平也有显著差异。 Objectives: To research the effect of different composite factors on Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis model and determine the major points of model. Method: The rat models were induced by diet restriction,forced swimming or adrenalin by subcutaneous injection. One model was induced by diet restriction,forced swimming,another model was induced by diet restriction,forced swimming and adrenalin by subcutaneous injection. The signs and microcosmic index of model rats in different gender groups were observed. Results: Compared with normal group,the body weight was decreased,time of fatigue resistance was increased,immune function was decreased, and endothelial function was imbalanced in each model group. Compared with model group induced by first composite factors,model group added adrenalin by subcutaneous injection were observed less body weight,time of fatigue resistance and thymus index. The male rats were founded longer time of fatigue resistance,less of thymus and spleen index,lower level of IL-4,IFN and VEGF than female rats. Conclusion: Two modeling methods can successfully make Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome. The male rats have more sensitive reaction after subcutaneous injecion of adrenalin,therefore we advise that rats model should be male and female apart,or using a single gender. Experiments found in SD male rats immune difference,and the serum VEGF levels have significant differences.
