现代中医临床文献中慢性脑供血不足方剂组方规律研究

An Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency Based on Modern Clinical Literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨基于现代中医临床文献分析治疗慢性脑供血不足的方剂组方规律。方法:收集、筛选CNKI、CBM中治疗慢性脑供血不足的现代中医临床文献中的处方,运用中医传承辅助系统(v2.0)软件进行逐一录入并进行数据处理,对组方用药规律进行分析。结果:筛选出符合要求的51首治疗慢性脑供血不足的处方,确定了处方中药物出现的频次和6味常用药物和2味核心药物。结论:治疗慢性脑供血不足应以补气养血、活血通脉为主要治法,并根据不同兼证酌情配伍具有补肝肾、化痰瘀、息肝风等功效药物,以达到标本同治的目的。

Objective： Analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（ CCCI） collected in modern clinical literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Method： Collect and select the prescriptions used for CCCI in CNKI and CBM,using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（ TCMISS）to enter into the data one by one and conduct the data processing,then analyze the composing principles of the collected prescriptions. Result： Based on 51 cases of the prescriptions which conform to the requirements,the frequency of each herb,6 kinds of commonly used herbs and 2 core herbs are identified. Conclusion： The treatment of CCCI should be based on invigorating qi and nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation as the main treatment method,and according to the different accompanied symptoms,some herbs with the efficacy of reinforcing liver and kidney,resolving phlegm and blood stasis,calming liver wind can also be used so as to achieve the purpose of the pathogenesis.
