基于有限元分析某悬索桥承载力评估 被引量:1

LOAD-BEARING CAPACITY EVALUATION OF A SUSPENSION BRIDGE BASED ON FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS

摘要 建造于上世纪六、七十年代的小跨径悬索桥由于设施老化,病害严重,或已接近设计使用年限,存在严重的安全隐患,部分桥梁甚至由车行桥变为人行桥。因此,正确评估其承载能力是对其维修、加固改造的重要依据。本文以甘肃省皋兰县什川镇"中国农民第一桥"主桥为例,分析了该桥存在的外观病害及原因。在外观检测的基础上,考虑了结构构件的强度及刚度的折减,用MIDAS/CIVIL有限元软件建立了考虑结构损伤的有限元模型。通过对外观病害和模型计算结果的综合分析,评估了主桥结构现有承载能力状况,并针对主桥提出了提高承载能力的加固措施和建议。 Small-span suspension bridges built from 1960 s to 1970 s in china have many severe safety issues caused by wearing out. Some bridge's function evenly changed from highway bridge to pedestrian bridge. Correctly evaluating their load- bearing capacity is the basis of their maintaining and strengthening. The Paper took"The first bridge of Chinese farmers"as an example to analyze its existing damages. On the foundation of existing damages and take consideration of the bridge's structure strength and stiffness reduction,the Finite Element Software( FE) MIDAS / CIVIL was adopted to build and analyze FE model with structure damages. Through comprehensive analysis of the existing damages and FE result,the bridge's load-bearing capacity was evaluated and the strengthening measurements and suggestions to improve the capacity were put forward.
