摘要
新创企业商业模式往往是创业者基于先前图式的独特认知活动的产物。基于组织社会学新制度理论,在界定创业者先前图式的基础上,对先前图式与设计结果之间的关系进行了理论推导,并借鉴意义建构理论观点,分析了信息扫描与解释行为对"先前图式-设计结果"关系的影响,最后提出研究命题,进而构建起理论整合模型,其目的是揭示创业者设计商业模式的认知机制。
New firm's business model is a product of unique cognitive activity by applying entre- preneurs' prior scheme. Based on neo-institutional theory of organizational sociology, the study de- fines the entrepreneurs ' prior scheme. Then, the relationship of prior scheme and business model de- sign result is deduced along with the analysis of the influencing mechanism of sensemaking on this re- lationship. Finally, the study put forward the research propositions and built up the theoretical model to reveal the cognitive mechanism of new firm's business model design.
