摘要
主要介绍目前国内地铁采用的1500V直流断路器的结构及工作原理,着重分析比较了电保持断路器与磁保持断路器的分合闸过程及灭弧原理;对比2种断路器的各种性能参数,包括开断电流参数、分合闸时间分析等;从结构原理及性能参数方面的不同对2种断路器的优缺点进行了总结分析,对后续直流断路器的选型、维护使用具有指导性意义。
The paper mainly introduces the current domestic MTR 1500V DC circuit breaker structure and working principle, focuses on the analysis and comparison of the switching process of the electric and magnetic latching circuit breaker and arc extinguishing principles. It also makes comparison of performance features the two different circuit breaker, including open and close current parameters, and open and close time analysis etc. The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of circuit breakers are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of different structure principle and performance parameters. It provides guidance and significance to the selection of future DC circuit breaker, and its maintenance.
