基于多维度指标评定的西安地铁设施设备运行质量评价

摘要 随着城市轨道交通的迅速发展,地铁设施设备的质量管理逐渐成为业界关注的焦点。文章根据西安地铁设施设备运行经验,从故障数、运行时间、故障影响、缺陷、响应时间、动静态检测等维度入手,对设施设备的运行质量进行科学评价,真实反映设施设备运行状况,为分析、指导设备检修工作提供依据,形成闭环管理。 With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the quality management of metro facilities and equipment have gradually become the focus of attention of the industry. Based on the operational experience of Xi'an metro facilities and equipment, from the number of faults and running time, impact of faults, defects, response time, dynamic and static testing and other aspects, the running quality of equipment and facilities are scientifically evaluated, being a true reflection of the equipment operating conditions. The paper provides the basis for analysis, and guidance to the work of the equipment maintenance, forming up a closed loop management.
