摘要 结合江西省南昌市某新建高层建筑物的案例,分析了高层建筑物对周边建筑物雷电环境的影响。结果表明:新建高层建筑物的存在将减小周边较低建筑物遭受直接雷击危害的概率,具体减少的程度与建筑物的相对距离和相对高度有关;由于新建高层建筑物遭受直接雷击的概率远远大于周边较低建筑物,雷击时所产生的电磁脉冲对周边建筑物电器设备损害的概率要大大增加;新建高层建筑物的管线与原较低建筑物的管线不可能完全分开,原建筑物管线可能流入的雷电流也会大大增加。因此,在新建高层建筑物设计时,应根据具体情况进一步完善原周边建筑物防雷击电磁脉冲措施,加强屏蔽与综合布线、等电位连接。 Based on the case of a new high-rise building in Nanchang,Jiangxi province,this paper analyzes the influence of the high- rise building on the lightning environment of the surrounding buildings. The results show the existence of a new high- rise building will reduce the probability of the damage of direct lightning to the lower surrounding buildings,and the extent of reduction is related to their relative distance and relative height. As the probability of the damage of direct lightning to the new high-rise building is far greater than the lower surrounding buildings,the probability of electromagnetic impulse generated by lightning strikes on the damage to the electrical equipment of the surrounding buildings will be greatly increased. What's more,the pipeline of new high-rise buildings cannot be completely separated from the original low buildings,the lightning current of the pipeline of the original building will be greatly increased. Therefore,the measures against lightning electromagnetic impulse,such as shielding,generic cabling and equipotential bonding,should be improved based on the specific circumstances when the new high-rise building is designed.
