摘要 目的建立同时测定地丙醇搽剂中醋酸地塞米松和樟脑含量的分析方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法同时测定醋酸地塞米松和樟脑的含量,以Lichrospher C18为色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为25℃,流速:1.0 m L/min。结果醋酸地塞米松和樟脑检测浓度分别在0.007 74~0.015 49 mg/m L(r2=0.9999)和0.487 28~1.949 13 mg/m L(r^2=0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为100.28%、99.72%,RSD为0.58%、0.56%。地丙醇搽剂中醋酸地塞米松平均含量为0.29 mg/m L,樟脑平均含量为28.84 mg/m L。结论本法操作简单,准确可靠,适用于地丙醇搽剂的质量控制。 Objective To establish the method for the determination of dexamethasone acetate and camphor in Dibingchun Liniment. Methods The HPLC method was used to determine their contents and the Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used, the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 25℃. The mobile phase system was acetonitrile-water (60:40) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The liner range of dexamethasone acetate and camphor were 0.007 74-0.015 49 mg/mL (r2--0.9999) and 0.487 28-1.949 13 mg/mL (r2=0.9999) respectively and the average recovery was 100.28% and 99.36%. The average contents of dexamethasone acetate and camphor for determination in Dibingchun Liniment were 0.29, 28.84 mg/mL. Conclusion This method is simple, practical and accurate, the result can be used to control the quality of Dibingchun Liniment.
