近年来,校外打工已成为大学生的一项重要的社会实践活动。然而,大学生在打工过程中合法权益被侵害的现象屡有发生,其中大学生的劳动法主体地位不明确,是主要的客观原因。因此,要保护大学生校外打工的合法权益,必须明确大学生的劳动法主体地位,同时不断提高大学生自身素质。

In recent years, taking a part-time job outside the campus is going to be an important social practice activity for college students. But it is also noticeable that the college students＇legal rights and interests are usually infringed. There are two main reasons： one of the objective reasons is college students＇ legal status in labour law being not clear, and the subjective reason is college students＇own quality being not high enough. In order to protect college student＇legal rights and interests , it is necessary that to explicit the legal status of college students in labour law and to raise their own quality .
