Initiative Proposals on Girls' Education in Normal Universities

摘要 随着我国高等教育从精英化到大众化的转型,女性接受高等教育的比例迅速提高,高校女生教育也受到了广泛关注。而现行高等教育培养理念、课程设置和校园文化建设的滞后,已难满足女大学生成长成才需要。通过对当前师范院校女大学生特点进行分析,整合高教资源,形成育人合力,强化女生"四自"意识,以期引导女大学生树立正确的职业价值观,日后成为认真执教、不计得失、躬身垂范、勇挑重担的优秀教师,更好地为国家教育事业贡献力量。 Along with the transition in Chinese higher education-from elite to mass, the proportion of girls receiving higher education has improved remarkably. Meanwhile, college girls' education is now receiving a widespread concern. However, the existing training concept, subject construction and campus culture of higher education is still lagging behind the needs of female college students.Dealing with this situation, we need an analysis of characteristics of current female college students, integrating the higher education resources, realizing the composition of educational forces and strengthening the girls' “ four-selfs” consciousness to guide those college female students to foster appropriate professional values before they can become exemplary teachers with merits include: serious in teaching, easy towards gains and losses, setting examples through every small move, courageous in taking the hard jobs. Thus they can better contribute to national education.
