部分耳廓软骨切除治疗复发性耳廓假性囊肿26例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Partial Auricular Cartilage Resection in the Treatment of 26 Cases with Recurrent Auricular Pseudo Cyst

目的探讨部分耳廓软骨切除治疗复发性耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效。方法对201405~201601期间我科收治的26例复发性耳廓假性囊肿患者进行手术治疗,切除部分耳廓软骨,观察患者术后的切口愈合情况,有无并发症及术后1年以上是否有复发和耳廓畸形等情况。结果 26例患者痊愈,无切口红肿、感染、畸形等并发症,耳廓形态基本上恢复正常。对患者进行一年以上的随访,无囊肿复发和耳廓变形等情况。结论部分耳廓软骨切除治疗复发性耳廓假性囊肿,具有疗效好、治愈率高、无复发、无耳廓局部变形等优点,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of partial auricular cartilage resection in the treatment of recurrent auricular pseudo cyst. Methods Surgical treatment of 26 cases of recurrent auricular pseudo cyst in our department during the period from May2014 to January 2016, excision part of auricular cartilage, observe the wound healing of the patients after operation, whether there are complications, recurrence and the ear deformity, etc more than one year later. Results 26 cases recovered, no incision swelling, infection, deformity and other complications, the shape of the ear basically returned to normal. The 26 patients were followed up for more than one year, no recurrence of the cyst and the deformation of the ear. Conclusions partial auricular cartilage resection in the treatment of recurrent auricular pseudo cyst, has good curative effect, high cure rate, no recurrence, no ear deformation and other advantages, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
