LEEP刀联合臭氧治疗前庭大腺脓肿的可行性研究

摘要 目的 探讨LEEP刀联合臭氧在治疗前庭大腺脓肿中的可行性研究。方法 选取我院2014年11月-2016年3月收治的64例前庭大腺脓肿患者进行分析,通过随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各32例,对照组给予传统手术造口联合灭滴灵冲洗治疗,实验组给予LEEP刀造口手术联合臭氧冲洗治疗,比较两组治疗疗效。结果研究组患者手术时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组(P〈0.05),两组术中出血量分别为(3.8±2.0)ml和(15.4±2.7)ml,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后,两组的感染率分别为12.5%和40.6%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),研究组厌氧菌感染阳性例数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 LEEP刀造口联合臭氧冲洗能有效抑制厌氧菌生长,患者术后复发少,具有较高的可行性,适合在临床上推广应用。 Objective To explore the feasible study of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) combining with ozone in the treatment of abscess in bartholin's gland.Methods From November 2014 to March 2016,64 patients with abscess in bartholin's gland admitted into our hospital were analyzed.By a random number table,they were evenly divided into research group and control group.In the control group,traditional surgical incision combining with metronidazole washing was provided,while in the experimental group,LEEP for incision combining with ozone washing was adopted. The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.Results In the research group,the operation time and wound healing time were both shorter in comparison with those of control group (P〈0.05).The intraoperative amount of bleeding in the research group and control group was (3.8±2.0) ml and (15.4±2.7) ml respectively with a statistical difference (P〈 0.05)..After therapy,the infection rate in the research group and control group was 12.5% and 40.6%,which was displayed a statistical difference (P〈0.05).In the research group,positive cases of anaerobic infections were greatly decreased, with a great difference when comparing with that of control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion LEEP for incision combining with ozone washing can effectively inhibit the growth of anaerobic bacteria with few postoperative recurrences in a higher feasibility,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
