空气波压力循环治疗仪联合生化汤加减方治疗剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果观察

Effect observation of air pressure wave cycle therapy apparatus combined with Shenghuatang plus and minus prescription in treating lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section

目的 探讨空气波压力循环治疗仪联合生化汤加减方治疗剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的应用效果。方法 选取2013年2月-2015年6月在本院收治的行剖宫产分娩及并发下肢深静脉血栓56例产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组28例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予空气波压力循环治疗仪联合生化汤加减方治疗。观察两组疗效。结果 观察组总有效率为96.4%,比对照组（75.0%）明显提高,差异有统计学意义P〈0.05。结论 空气波压力循环治疗仪联合生化汤加减方疗效明显,可改善剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓患者下肢胀痛、水肿、皮温升高等症状,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of air pressure wave cycle therapy apparatus comblned wlm Shenghuatang plus and minus prescription in treating lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section.Methods 56 puerpera who conducted cesarean section and complicated with deep venous thrombosis fi＇om February 2013 to June 2015 of our hospital were selected as study object.Patients were random divided into observation group and control group,and each group was 28 cases.Patients in control group were given routine treatment.Patients in observation group were given air pressure wave cycle therapy apparatus combined with Shenghuatang plus and minus prescription on the basis of control group.The effect was compared in two groups.Results The effective rate in observation group was 96.4%,which was obvious higher than that was 75.0% in control group,and the difference was statistical significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Air pressure wave cycle therapy apparatus combined with Shenghuatang plus and minus prescription in treating lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section can obvious improve the lower limb pain,edema and skin temperature rise high,improve the life quality of patients and is worth to popularize in clinical.
