云浮市2010～2015年无偿献血情况分析

Voluntary blood donation analysis from 2010 to 2015 in Yunfu city

目的分析云浮市2010-2015年无偿献血情况,为促进云浮市开展无偿献血宣传招募工作提供参考依据。方法 收集2010-2015年在云浮市参加无偿献全血的献血者116 355人次,分别对其年龄、性别、职业及献血方式构成等情况进行回顾性分析。结果 自2010年以来,采血人次和采血量逐年递增,献血者以18-35岁为主,占63.4%,男性献血者（占73.9%）,明显高于女性献血者（占26.1%）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=225,P=0.000）;一次献血400 ml中,个人自愿无偿献血和互助献血各占36.1%和35.8%,而团体自愿无偿献血只占6%;无偿献血者的职业构成中,填写职业的以工人、学生、公务员为主,工人和学生献血人数逐年增加,农民献血比例明显偏低,只占2.4%。结论近六年来云浮地区无偿献血人群主要以男性、青年、工人和学生为主,应针对不同人群加强无偿献血知识宣传,特别是加大对女性、农民及〉35岁人员的献血招募力度,扩大无偿献血者队伍。

Objective To analyze voluntary blood donation situation from 2010 to 2015 in Yunfu City in order to provide references for carrying out promotion and recruiting jobs of voluntary blood donation.Methods 116 355 cases blood donation in Yunfu city from 2010 to 2015 were collected,and their ages,gender,occupation and composition of blood donation modes were retrospectively analyzed.Results Since 2010,times of blood donation and blood volume were gradually increased.The blood donors were distributed from 18 to 35 years old accounting for 63.4%.The percentage of male blood donors was 73.9%,much higher 26.1% than female,with a statistical difference （χ^2=225,P=0.000）.During 400 ml blood donation at one-time,personal voluntary and mutual assistance blood donation was occupied by 36.1% and 35.8% respectively,while voluntary blood donation in group was only 6%.In the occupational composition of voluntary blood donation,worker,student and civil servant were principal,and the number of worker and student was increased year by year,the proportion of blood donation by peasant was lower accounting for 2.4%.Conclusion In recent 6 years,the voluntary blood donors were male,young,workers and students.The knowledge promotion of voluntary blood donation should be strengthened based on different groups of people,especially recruitment of female,peasant,or people of the age over 35 years old to aim at expanding the ranks of voluntary blood donors.
