人文关怀对精神科封闭式管理病房患者满意度的影响

Effect of humane care on satisfaction of the patients in closed-end management of psychiatric wards

目的 探讨人文关怀对精神科封闭式管理病房患者满意度的影响。方法 选取2014年8月-2016年2月在我院精神科封闭式管理病房住院治疗的240例精神病患者作为调查对象,根据来院顺序采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各120例。对照组采用精神科常规护理,观察组患者在精神科常规护理的基础上采用人文关怀护理。对患者满意度和人文关怀测评结果、两组患者焦虑抑郁改善情况进行对比分析。结果 患者满意度调查结果显示,观察组和对照组服务主动热情（t=2.76,P〈0.05）、心理健康教育（t=2.98,P〈0.05）、人文关怀（t=3.35,P〈0.05）、总体满意条目（t=2.51,P〈0.05）评分比较,差异均有统计学意义。患者对人文关怀的测评结果显示,合作程度（t=2.46,P〈0.05）、关心并了解病情（t=2.35,P〈0.05）、保护隐私（t=2.97,P〈0.05）、尊重患者（t=2.12,P〈0.05）、态度满意（t=2.30,P〈0.05）、探视时间合理（t=7.59,P〈0.05）条目评分比较,差异均有统计学意义。两组入院时SAS评分（t=0.71,P〉0.05）、SDS评分（t=0.34,P〉0.05）比较,差异均无统计学意义;入院2个月时SAS评分（t=3.95,P〈0.05）、SDS评分（t=3.42,P〈0.05）比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论 对精神科封闭式管理病房患者实行人文关怀有利于提高患者的满意度、改善患者的焦虑抑郁状况。

Objective To investigate the effect of humane care on satisfaction of the patients in closed-end management of psychiatric wards.Methods From August 2014 to February 2016,120 cases of hospitalized psychiatric patients in closed-end management of psychiatric wards in our hospital were selected as objects,according to order random number table,the patients were divided into observation group and control group received usual psychiatric care,patients in the control group,and each group was 60 cases.Patients in the observation group received humane care nursing on the basis of the control group.Patients＇ satisfaction,survey results of humane care,and anxiety and depression in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The results of patients＇satisfaction showed that services active and enthusiastic （t= 2.76,P〈0.05）,mental health education （t=2.98,P〈0.05）,humane care （t=3.35,P〈0.05）,overall satisfaction entry （t=2.51,P〈 0.05） scores were compared between two groups,the differences were statistically significant.Patient evaluation results of humane care showed that the degree of cooperation （t=2.46,P〈0.05）,concerning and understanding disease （t=2.35,P〈 0.05）,protecting privacy （t=2.97,P〈0.05）,respecting patients （t=2.12,P〈0.05）,the attitude of satisfaction （t=2.30,P〈0.05）, visiting a reasonable time （t=7.59,P〈0.05） entry scores were compared between two groups,the differences were statisti- cally significant.The admission in two groups,SAS score （t=0.71,P〉0.05）,SDS scores （t=0.34,P〉0.05） were compared,the difference was not statistically significant;after hospitalizing for 2 months,SAS score （t=3.95,P〈0.05）,SDS scores （t=3.42, P〈0.05） were compared,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of humane care for patients in closed-end management of psychiatric wards could help improve patients＇satisfaction,and improve the condition of patients＇anxiety and depression.
