白云区孕产妇保健综合管理模式的效果评价

The evaluation of maternal health effects using integrated management model in Baiyun district

目的探索建立农村地区孕产妇保健新的综合管理模式,为完善农村地区孕产妇保健管理的相关政策和措施提供科学的决策依据。方法通过流行病学分层整群抽样方法在广州市白云区抽出9间医疗机构施行综合管理措施,对比2014、2015年实施综合管理措施前后孕产妇早孕建卡率、孕产妇系统管理率等指标,评价公共卫生效果。结果 2015年实施综合管理模式后全人口尤其是外来人口早孕建卡率、孕妇健康管理率、产后访视率、系统管理率均较2014年同期明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过卫计资源整合、信息共享、充实妇幼工作队伍、加大健康教育力度等综合措施,建立农村地区孕产妇保健新的管理模式,对提高孕产妇保健管理水平具有重大意义。

Objective To build the maternal health care system in rural areas with new integrated management model to provide a scientific basis for decision making and to improve relevant policies and measures.Methods Nine medical institutions from Baiyun district of Guangzhou city were selected by using stratified cluster sampling method to carry out the integrated management model.The pregnancy card rate,maternal system management rate and other outcomes of pregnancy woman were compared between 2014 and 2015 to evaluate the public health effects.Results The migrants pregnancy rate,maternal health management rate,hospital delivery rate and the postpartum visit rates were significantly improved after the implementation of the integrated management system in 2015,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion After carrying out the information sharing system between Health and Family Planning Commission and Health Bureau,as well as increasing the comprehensive health education efforts and other measures,and the establishment of regional maternal health in rural areas with the new management model,the maternal health care management are improving of great significance.
