马铃薯生产、流通、加工的收益与均衡研究——以甘肃省定西市为例

Study on income and equilibrium of production,circulation and process of potato——A case study of Dingxi City in Gansu Province

马铃薯产业发展壮大的动力源自利益驱动,只有当产业能够带来稳定和可观的收益时,产业主体才有从事产业链中各项工作的意愿和积极性。文章运用产业经济学理论分析比较后可知,现阶段我国马铃薯产业链中的生产、流通和加工3个基本环节的收益并不平衡,呈现"中间大两头小"的特点。因此,从产业发展和农民增收的角度考虑,不仅要想方设法增加各环节的收益,而且要均衡不同环节的收益分配,只有这样才能实现产业的协调和健康发展。

The development and growth power of potato industry is originated from benefit drive,only when industry can bring about stable and considerable income, industrial subjects have the willingness and enthusiasm of working in the industry chain.The income of production,circulation and process in potato industry chain are unbalanced through comparative analysis using theory of industrial economics,which showing ＂large in the middle small at the two extremes＂features. Therefore, from the perspective of industry development and farmers＇ income,not only to find ways to increase the income of all sectors,but also to balance different aspects of income distribution,in order to achieve coordinated and healthy development of the industry.
