摘要
在改性的St?ber工艺中添加亚甲基蓝(MB,药物分子)和硅烷偶联剂A171(乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷)制备得到含MB的二氧化硅颗粒(二氧化硅-MB),并用改性的Pechini方法在其表面沉积磷酸八钙(OCP),制备得到具有核壳结构的二氧化硅-MB@OCP。A171的加入量对颗粒的物相、成分和核壳结构都有显著影响。MB的释放行为,包括释放量和单体/二聚体比例对A171添加量、壳层结构和p H值敏感。相比于二氧化硅-MB,二氧化硅-MB@OCP颗粒在磷缓冲液和模拟溶酶体缓冲液中的降解率都显著提高。
Methylene blue-loaded silica (silica-MB) particles were prepared by a modified St6ber process with MB and vinyltrimethoxysilane (A171). Silica-MB@OCP powders were obtained after the deposition of octacalcium phosphate (OCP) on the surface of silica-MB by a modified Peehini process. The addition of A171 during the sol-gel process affects the phases, constitutes and core-shell structure of samples. The addition amount of A171, core-shell structure and pH value of culture solution have effects on the release behaviors of MB, i.e., cumulative release and ratio of released MB monomers versus dimers. Unlike silica-MB, the degradation percents of silica-MB@OCP increase significantly in phosphate buffer saline and lysosome-like buffer.
