摘要 DNA元件百科全书计划揭示了人类基因组只有不到2%的基因是蛋白编码基因,其他都是非蛋白编码基因。根据核苷酸数目,非蛋白编码RNA可分为长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)和小编码RNA。lncRNA是指核苷酸长度大于200nt的非编码RNA。一些肿瘤发病机制与肿瘤相关基因座位上的lncRNA有关,lncRNA的差异表达能够影响肿瘤的发生发展。结直肠癌是最常见的肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率较高,在我国所有肿瘤中列第五位。一些癌基因和肿瘤抑制基因参与结直肠癌的发生发展过程,lncRNA也在其中起重要作用。 Encyclopedia of DNA elements in the human genome project revealed that only 2% genes are protein coding genes, the rest of genes are non-protein coding genes. According to the number of nucleotides, non-protein coding RNA are divided into long non-coding RNA and small non- coding RNA. Long non-coding RNA are non-protein coding genes which are more than 200 nt in length. It has been found that some lncRNA has some effect on the occurrence and development of tumor. Colorectal cancer is one of the most common tumors. The incidence and mortality of coloreetal cancer in our country rank top fifth in all tumors. Some oncogenes and tumor suppressors gene are involved in the 0ceurrence and development of eolorectal cancer, lncRNA plays an important role in it.
