摘要
氯喹是传统的抗疟疾药物,近年来,发现其是一种具有抗肿瘤活性的药物。氯喹的抗肿瘤作用机制涉及凋亡、自噬、肿瘤干细胞的清除、血管正常化以及免疫反应。通过这些机制,氯喹在肿瘤治疗中发挥重要作用,可增强放疗与化疗的效果,但同时也存在一些不良反应。更重要的是,氯喹的剂量与其抗肿瘤活性息息相关。本文旨在对近年来氯喹在抗肿瘤方面的现状与进展作一综述。
Chloroquine is a classic antimalarial, recently, its anti-cancer characteristic has been discovered. The mechanism of anti-cancer activity of Chloroquine refers to apoptosis, autophagy, elimination of cancer stem cells, normalization of the vaseulature and immune response. Chloroquine plays an important role in cancer therapy by these mechanisms and enhances the effect of chemo-radio-therapies, meanwhile, the side effects still exist. Moreover, the dose of chloroquine is closely related to its anti-cancer activity. This review deals with the current status and future trends in the aspects of anti-cancer activity of chloroquine.
