摘要
目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者血清MMP-9、炎症因子血脂水平及心功能的影响。方法选取急性心肌梗死患者56例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各28例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予阿托伐他汀口服,实验组给予瑞舒伐他汀口服,治疗前后,对所有患者的血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、脂联素(APN)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及心功能相关指标进行检测。结果与对照组治疗后比较,实验组患者的血清MMP-9水平较低,APN水平较高(P<0.05);实验组患者的血清IL-6、hs-CRP水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患者的血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患者的LVEF水平较高,LVESD、LVEDD水平较低(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀能够明显降低急性心肌梗死患者血清MMP-9、炎症因子及血脂水平,减轻心肌损伤,防止心室重塑,能有效改善心功能及患者预后。
Objective To analysis the effect of rosuvastatin on serum levels of MMP-9 and inflammatory factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 56 patients who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 28 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was given atorvastatin orally, and the experimental group received rosuvastatin orally, after treatment, the serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase -9 ( MMP-9 ), adiponectin ( APN ), interleukin -6 (IL-6), total cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and cardiac function related indexes were detected in all patients. Results After treatment, compared with control group, the serum level of MMP-9 was lower, and the serum level of APN was higher in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the levels of IL-6, hs-CRP were lower in experimental group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C were lower in experimental group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the level of LVEF was higher, and the levels of LVESD, LVEDD were lower in experimental group. (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Rosuvastatin can significantly reduce the serum levels of MMP-9, inflammatory factors and blood lipids in patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce myocardial injury, prevent ventrieular remodeling, improve heart function and prognosis of patients.
