乙酰半胱氨酸注射液对缺血性肝炎患者的临床疗效及相关指标的影响

Effect of acetylcysteine injection on clinical effecacy and related indexes of patients with ischemic hepatitis

目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸注射液对缺血性肝炎患者的临床疗效及相关指标的影响。方法选取宁波市第七医院ICU诊断为缺血性肝炎的患者96例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组,每组各48例。2组患者均给予含镁极化液及多巴胺常规处理,对照组给予还原型谷胱甘肽;研究组在对照组基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸注射液治疗,治疗7 d。采用速率法(LD-L法)测定2组患者血清酶活性,测定氧化应激指标及放射免疫分析法测定免疫因子指标,比较2组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果对照组治疗有效率为81.25%,显著低于研究组的治疗有效率95.83%(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组血清酶、氧化应激指标及免疫因子指标均显著下降(P<0.05),但研究组各指标较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸注射液能增加缺血性肝炎患者临床疗效,降低血清酶活性,降低氧化应激指标及免疫因子水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of acetylcysteine injection on clinical effect and related indexes of patients with ischemic hepatitis. Methods 96 cases of ischemic hepatitis from ICU of Ningbo Seventh hospital were selected and divided into experiment group and control group according to the random number table method, each had 48 cases, Two groups were all received magnesium containing solution and dopamine conventional treatment. Control group were treated with reduced glutathione, while experiment group were added acetylcysteine injection on the base of control group. Serum enzyme activity was detected by rate method （LD-L method） , oxidative stress were determined and immune factors were detected by radioimmunoassay, and the clinical efficacy and adverse effect were compared before and after 7 days treatment. Results The effective rate in the control was 81.25% , which lower than 95.83% in experiment group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The index of serum enzyme and indexes of oxidative stress and immune factors were all changed significantly after treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, serum enzyme indexes and indexes of oxidative stress and immune factor of the experiment group were significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acetylcysteine injection can significantly reduce serum enzyme activity and related indexes in patients with ischemic hepatitis, and improve clinical efficacy.
